Location: Latitude 39.56819, Longitude -105.080066 | Whitney Houston, who reigned as pop music's queen until her majestic voice and regal image were ravaged by drug use, erratic behavior and a tumultuous marriage to singer Bobby Brown, has died. She was 48. Publicist Kristen Foster said Saturday that the singer had died, but the cause and the location of her death were unknown. |

Location: GATLINBURG TENNESSEE :) | She had one of the best female voices I've ever heard. Despite some of her bad choices, I still respect her for her many accomplishments in the music industry. It is tragic to watch someone with so much talent and such a great personality be dragged down to the levels she arrived at. Tragic. |

I sincerely hope you've got your racism and sexism under control these days ... there's still too much of this ugliness in the world. |

Are you serious with this? What exactly is racist and sexist about it? I believe I correctly got across the point that I grew up in a region very lacking in diversity, and Whitney Houston helped open my eyes to the wider world, and that people are talented and beautiful no matter what their skin color. Its just I was never exposed to much as a kid...
Wow! You made me out to be a racist and sexist because of that? Give me a break!
And for the record, I have friends and relatives of just about every nationality, religion, sexual orientation, and I am only against people that have meanness in their souls, I could care less about anything else.
Geez! |

I was hoping the knee jerk reactions were used up last week....
Well I guess I will go softly rub the nice brown neck and fondle the beautiful cruvacious lines of my Adamas.
Peace! |

The Elvis Syndrome. Unbridled fame and success affords you years of misery and then kills you.

| Alcohol and pills
It's a crying shame
You'd think they might have been happy
With the glory and the fame
But fame don't take away the pain Lord
It just pays the bills
And you wind up on alcohol and pills
