I'm pretty sure that's an Eastwood breadwinner knock-off. Can't see the headstock, but everything else about it makes it look like an Eastwood, not an Ovation. But it is the shape, isn't it?

Looks like a trem bar on it. AFAIK Ovations never had that.

Yup that is an Eastwood Breadwinner with tremolo.

And for $700 couldn't you just find a real one? Or negotiate with Woody?
