Seems like we just did this, so:
1. Do a search and make the same resolutions as last year;
2. Don't procrastinate so much;
3. Do a search next year and make the same resolutions as this year;
4. Learn the songs I said I'd learn last year;
5. Lose the weight I said I'd lose last year, plus the weight I gained this year;
6. Get off my fat ass and do something instead of making resolutions.

Beside most of those above:

Never make light of TJ's 'adoption' practices.

Never use the word 'curmudgeon' on this site.

Never use 'Ovation', 'Adamas', 'Breadwinner' and 'Deacon' while in Google or on Craigslist and eBay.

Visit the Mothership.

Learn to play an acceptable "Classical Gas".

Never use emoticons.

Never again 'ski' in deck shoes!

Johnny, you'll be the only one with that #1 on your list. As for me, par down to just a few guitars that I really love. (trouble is, I love them all.)

That's all I could come up with and that's two years old.
I think that's the chorus. It needs verses.
A drinking verse, smoking verse, women verse and a funny suprise 4th verse or maybe bridge and then back into the chorus.
Feel free guys.......

Get to my first OFC gathering.
Do more concerts. In 2008 I did 146.

This may take 2 years, but, I will give it my best.

Offered 'Women' verse

...So I quit chasin' women,
Or they stopped runnin'
They thought I was funny
But I wasn't funnin'
Seems I'm too old,
for girls without 'issues'
All I can do now is
Just sit and peruse...

Doctor asked me,
"how much do y'drink??"
Six or seven drinks
in a week, I think.
Then I asked him
"Do you "count" Mar-tee-nees??"
He said "Yes!"
I said "put me down for "16" please . . "

My OFC resolutions:

1. Get Cliff to say "I like the way you carved up that original Ovation, I want it!".

2. Read Alpep's "The Insider's History of Ovation/Adamas Guitars".

3. Actually meet Beal!

4. Take part in or initiate another one of Dave Witko's pranks.

5. Obtain an 08 Collector's and hear my Wife say that she likes that guitar and it makes me look "hot".

6. Come up with an original design to produce.

Smoke verse:

I said I'd quit smokin'
Well, just one more...
Maybe take up runnin'
To even the score.
More fresh air,
More blue sky
But just one toke
and I wonder why, why, why....
