I was wondering if any had any gold tuners or a trust rod cover. I just purchased a 1981 balladeer 1111 and wanted to dress it up if I could do it for a reasonalbe cost. However it may be cheaper to buy an upgraded model and sell my base model?

This is my 3rd ovation, I had 2 stolen back in the early 90's, I replaced them w/ a HD 28 (insurance money)which my be a cardnal sin w/ most here but I have returned to the flock now.

1991 hd 28, 1999 guild 212xl 12 string, and the prettist one of the bunch my 1981 1111 sunburst

Thanks
James

Welcome to the board, James. Contact Al Pepiak at Lost Art Vintage . Al's a moderator here, and a music equipment dealer. He can probably set you up, or at least point you in the right direction.

edit - no one's gonna fault you for owning an HD-28; that's a fine git. Taylors, on the other hand, might get you in trouble ;)

Obejection! I love my 510 (but not as much as my Adamas).
