Hi,
I would like recommendations for my 1st guitar. I have held the applause super shallow bowl; they are the only acoustic guitars for sale in town at 269.00. I'm 6'1 so I would not think reach is a problem and I'm wondering if I should consider something bigger as I will be playing while seated and unplugged. I have seen CC 28 for 369.00, CC 29S (contour body?)for 379.00 for sale on the internet at prices I can afford. I would appreciate your guidance.
Thanks

Welcome Pete! It all comes down to what you'd like best, but I personally like the contour bowl for both comfort and sound. Plus the "S" means it's a solid top, so that generally makes for a better soundinjg guitar (though not always!). Good luck with your quest and let us know how it turns out.

If you don't mind used, I'd suggest looking for a used USA model in that price range. Maybe even put up a post in the For Sale section that you're looking and what your budget is.

I've updated your status so feel free to post throughout the site and welcome!
