I got a chance to see the band America Wednesday night in Scranton, Pa. (I was in the front row! :D )and they put on a very nice show. Their voices sounded great, they were very down-to-earth and friendly, and the PA sound was perfect. If you get a chance, their show is worth catching.
They played only Taylor acoustics but here is a link for Ovation fans.

Saw them March 2007 here in Italy, in a small village non so far from where I live. It was a world tour ended in October that year (in Australia). Good memories. Their last cd "here & now" was just released. They played Taylor and there was a great British band opening the show; "Frame of mind". It was a pretty theatre and I was lucky enough to be close to the stage. At the end of the show I went to their bus for an autograph but I ended up getting a pick from Gerry. What a nite !!!
Here few pics of that event and to releif us two pics from a poster taken from the album Harbour where Gerry's playing his Ovation (looks like a Legend or custom Legend).
