Location: Upper Left USA | So I'm home, Wife's working, its beautimus out there and I don't like battling with all the people trying to get away (I AM away!).
So, get outside and take some photos of your guitar(s). In action, posing, sitting, etc.
Come tuesday I'll announce the winner and send some kind of SWAG that only Ovation Nerds could appreciate.
The Criteria: I'll make something up. Now go take some pictures and post them into this thread!
I'll start.

Heck, most of us can't remember, uh, something... where was I going with this? |

Location: Hot Springs, S.D. | I tried to post pics here, but I don't know how. I read the instructions on the for sale section, but there is no longer a photo gallery on this forum and I don't know how to get them from the ning site to here. I tried right clicking and it didn't have "copy image location". It only had "copy" and when I clicked there, nothing happened.
So I invite everyone to go over to my page on the ning site. I believe 2077LX at Sylvan Lake would be my choice. |

I can't wait for the Official Black Hills OFC Retreat next summer! It looks beautiful up there.

Dweez - It is #1 of the 14 fretters so the bidding starts at $5,000.00 which I don't expect to get, but that's alright with me.

It's just that I'm 1-1/4 size.
I stood out by the seawall and Pam took the pic from upstairs. |

Reason being is that Underdog was shown taking a pill and thus promoting drug use. |

Location: Upper Left USA | Well thanks to all for the entertaining turnout! The final consensus is:
Special Categories
Most Patriotic Post: Tie with Miska and Mark although Mark's contibution was taken recently Mishka's was totally blingy!
Needs to Hire a Lawn Care Professional: Goes to Serge although the Guitars were beautiful I was distracted by the patches, obviously you spend a lot of time actually playing your instruments! My lawn btw looks great...
Inspiring Scenary: Easily goes to Canterbury for the sweeping, inpiring views!
Post Cubism Anti-Modernist Juxtaposition of Reality: Goes to Dave for his "Reflections on Shiny Bowl" and American Gothic like Adamas I's.
The "Dude, Your Girlfriend Keeps Checking Me Out" Award: Goes to O'Well for not being in touch with his own feelings. It is obvious to the rest of us that your posting a picture of a Non-O while letting your GF take your real guitar "out of Town on Business" on a three dayer is a subliminal cry for help!
I know a good Private Investigator in the CA area if you know what I mean...
(Dude, forgive me, someone had to tell you)
While the Photograph of Kim/Bill/Cliff/? with the Hills behind is deserving of this Title and fits all of the categories for Great Ovations, Friends, Bad shirts and location - I have to toss it out because:
- What swag can I possibly give these guys?
- There's four of them!!!
The "Plagarism Saves Time" Award goes to: Waskel, since he met all criteria and even did a fine job of mimicking my layout (complete with KoaLAVa Primus).
And the Winner is...
Slipkid for the most impressive, in-your-face, "I am Sparticus" visual statement using both a Single Hole and Multi-Hole Ovation or Adamas in a highly captionable photograph!
Remember kids, attitude is everything!!!

Without Darren's work orders NUTHIN gets built! He's behind a lot of the innovations and good stuff. |

When I posted the pics I didn't realize there was a prize involved.
You know the guy that does not read the instructions on the test when the last instruction says that all you have to do is sign your name & turn it in??
I can be "that guy". |

And... you guys should be happy that I remembered my Mr. Big shirt because before that I was trying to think of a way to do a variation of the grass skirt thing.
Fortunatly for all concerned, cooler heads prevailed. |

hey, the idea was to take photos of the guitars, the backdrop does not count, neither does the model holding the guitars, :) otherwise it turns into another kind of contest...
Anyway, I know my vintage "Artist" models are the coolest guitars of all the photos so....
I want my SWAG! I want my SWAG! I want my SWAG!!!!!!
