If you have to explain in the listing Why this guy is famous... He's Not Famous.
How much did John Lennon's Legend sell for?
[It's not even a Custom Legend  ] |

Location: Tennessee | Man, you guys don't give Ovations any respect at all!
It would be interesting to know "all recording projects" this guitar was on, just to be able to go back and listen to the tunes. There was a lot of real significant albums Lange was involved in. And since Shania is seen sporting an O, maybe the Ovation attraction is a family thing. |

1) I like low priced Ovations and parts and would love to see the prices tumble...
...until I go to sell something!
Before the recent crash I started asking about 20% more than I thought was resonable on Ebay. It didn't happen fast but the prices did come up.
I don't think I was alone on this though.
Power to him! Then when I come in at a 90% Discount I'm still sittin in tall cotton!
Look at what they are charging for "Factory Relic'd" guitars! Now there's a market I can jump into!
Someday my Ol' Jim Messina Deacon and Lost Art Koa #1 are going to pay for my first year of sponge baths at the Nursing Home, you wait and see!
As far as "Who's Mutt Lange" goes - I don't think he drove NASCAR... |

| I'll leave it to those who see guitars as museum pieces to decide if, as a collectible, this instrument is worth 30 grand. I suspect not. |

Location: Right now? | Yeah, fletcher ~ he ("Mutt") was supposedly doing Shania's hag housekeeper or something; I'm not one for the celebrity gossip stuff, so I'm not sure. As TAFKAR wrote, Mutt Lange is NOT famous for his guitar playing. |
