Location: atlanta | My daughter Kaki played the big outdoor festival in Tennessee over the weekend. A photographer from Rolling Stone was at her Friday show and made the following picture from behind the stage:

She called and said that about 1000 fans came to her show, and that it was over 90° onstage (so she stripped down to her halter top). She's playing her Adamas II 1581-5 prototype.
Best regards to all--

You have so much to proud of. As a father of three daughters myself, here's wishing that you can continue to relish in your daughter's successes! |

Location: nashville | Pop if the little one plays anywhere else in Tenn give me a heads up. Boonaroo so close yet so many years ago. The days of fighting mud, heat, drunks, junkies and 80,000 people looking for the same port-a-potty just does not have the appeal it might have had 25 years ago, when I would have gone.
Iffy I to have 3 girls, I know what I did to get that kind of payback. What about you? |

What about you? At the risk of hi-jacking pop's thread, my sweet 'girls' are doing well with their families. Plus, they and their families are beyond joy! The G-babies constantly amaze me as they grow before my eyes. And the true blessing is that they are all within three miles!
Therefore I relish pop's subdued, but proud posts here! |
