Location: Chehalis, Washington | Well, I have finally gotten word that my custom "traditional" style guitar is underway. I have a continuous thread going on the AGF for it, which is at this link.
Here's an overview of what I'm doing:
Cornerstone Guitars SJ w/Florentine Cutaway
*Master-grade Bear Claw Sitka top
*High-figure Ziricote back/sides
*Koa binding on body, fretboard, peghead
*Ebony pinless bridge, fretboard, headstock overlay
*Koa rosette with Tahitian Black Pearl inlay (my kids' names in Hebrew)
*Bloodwood (or possibly purple heart) Celtic Cross inlay @ 12th fret
*Custom celtic-motif side soundport
*5-piece mahogany, maple, rosewood neck
*Macassar ebony back headplate
*B-Band A2.2 UST & AST preamp system
Should be absolutely a killer instrument, even if there is no plastic on it...but hey, there's no SNOT BLOB! ;)
Here's my massacred artist rendition of how it looks:

Location: Simpsonville, SC | That's beautiful Andrew! It's nice to see a long-term plan come together and will be nicer to see it when it's finished. It will definately be a keeper, unless you can find someone who has the same family names.
