I didn't want to hijack Nate's thread on his new guitar so I thought I would start a new one on the L&M course.

I just received the "Learn and Master" course as a gift. I was wondering if anyone had used it and what their experience was?

With my schedule, I am not going to take a live lesson anytime soon, so this looked like just the ticket.

I have been way too busy to even start it, although I expect my progress to be slower as a result. ...well, I looked at the book once if that counts.

I have not tried that course, but I have assorted DVD's and Books laying around the house.
None of them will do you any good unless you actually study them, which I don't.
I imagine that any course will teach you, providing you actually follow it.
(Although I got a free DVD with my pseudo-Strat which actually gave me some Bad advice)
I did look at their website , so if anybody wants to look...
But since you have it, you may as well use it. :D

Woody, I think we have the right tools to teach us in the L&M Guitar course. It is up to us how much we practice it though. I am so ready to get the show on the road. I even told my wife I had a new girlfriend. She knew exactly what I was talking about.

I hope I can play a song in 2 days.. that will be good for me!
I think I'll make it a goal to learn at least 1 song in the first 7 days. I mean really learn it too!

The reviews say it is the best thing you can get besides a real teacher, so I am really glad to have chosen it.

I agree, Nate. After looking through the course last night, it seems to cover it well.

I am a big self-learning fan. I like to work at my own pace. We will see how it goes.
