They opened for Little Feat last night.
What a Show!!!!!
Hot Tuna was as fresh as nice ripe tomatos, picked last year. They were as steady as a one year old walking and as smooth as a wheels up landing! Jorma's tone was as good as a train making a tight turn and their overall presentation was as good as a pile on the new rug that's not even steaming anymore.
Unfortunately they only played for an hour and forty five minutes.

Aha. The same show as the one I saw in Golden Gate Park. 'Cept we were also treated to a verbal performance by Wavy Gravy. My advice? Next time, try the mushrooms.

Feat were good. Did a nice acoustic set in the middle. The solos were a bit long but maybe I'm just getting old
In fairness to the smelly fish, Jack Cassidy and the O'Bama drummer were great. The other two old men need to go back to Indiana and teach and not leave the ranch anymore.
