And if you choose your acoustic/electric do you typically plug it in or not? |

I grab 1 of my 2 A/E's and play them Acoustically when I'm playing by myself. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I seem to pick up whatever seems to be reaching out to me. Sometimes I switch because a particular guitar is easier to play barre chords or something like that, but I rarely plug in at home. I can hear myself fine without an amp. |

All my non-electric acoustics are gone now. I think the Adamas, "Book", Custom Elite 12, etc. all sound just as good as any non-electric guits though. |

Hmmm. I s'pose I may miss that if it sells. |

Location: Keepin' It Weird in Portland, OR | I have a Street Cube (Cube Street?) sitting next to me, but I don't use it that often.
Mostly I just play acoustic, unless I wanna play with one of the solid bodies.
I have a regular-old MicroCube in a backpack that I take outside for supporting volume to drown-out street noise. |

More often than not its an A/E (just because the Ovation 2007 Collectors is my go to guitar and the only left out of it's case, hanging up ready to grab at a moments notice). No need to plug it in, it's LOUD! |

Unless I am trying to work out a new tune and I want to hear what it will be like playing it out.
Other than that the choice is regular scale of short scale or the wide vintage neck. |

Other than that the choice is regular scale of short scale or the wide vintage neck. You know, the older I get and the more weight I gain, the more I'm developing a wide vintage neck.... |

| My plugger inner doesn't have a battery and the other guitar isn't a plugger inner. No need to amplify them if I don't use a microphone for vocal - just acoustic round here. |
