Beautiful guitars all the way around. Do they make them in mere mortal size? ;) |

in another thread I have been listening to your advice. I see you have one of the export only Adamas guitars Al is selling now. How do you compare The Adamas to your 09 collector.
I was also curious what you thought about the 2080. I am thinking I want the 09 collector and probably an adamas shortly thereafter. You had great points in getting the 09 first, selling something off to get an adamas. ADAMAS OLD OR NEW
and how will the 09 collector fit in with your great collection. Congradulations, the 09 collector is one of the sexiest ovations yet. |

Location: GATLINBURG TENNESSEE :) | I've never played the 2080, so I cannot comment on it accept I don't care for the appearance that much. I don't see myself buying a NEW Adamas as long as there are so many great deals out there on used ones. The 2009 Collectors unique beauty is what attracted me to it, and I was already confident in all the design features from other guitars. I know some people feel that Koa is a passing fad, but I have always loved the look, and the look is half the guitar experience for me. As far as comparisons, They both have their unique strong points and absolutely no weak points. They're different. But I can't say I like one over the other. That's why I have both. I CAN say that I haven't been able to put the new 09 down since I got it. If I had to make a choice all over again on the purchase, I'd snag an 09 again while they're still available at these prices. With that said, here's a nice older Adamas I ... (:
