Ovation/Adamas guitars
Many keep asking me what is up with the factory. Well I had an interesting meeting up in Bloomfield in September and if what was discussed comes to fruition it may mean a rebirth of Ovation and especially Adamas as the high end innovative guitars that many of us have grown to love. Details to follow......
We can only hope.

Actually, we need to do more than that. We need to buy NEW guitars coming out of New Hartford. Especially Ovations and Adamii. They won't do anything unless there is demand for NEW guitars. And we've gotta be ready to spend real money for top end product. And if I am reading between the lines, we also have to be ready to accept leading edge innovation and leave "what was" in the past. I'm good with that on all counts. |

If the Aussie dollar keeps climbing (up from $US0.55 two years ago to $US0.92 the other day), I may be able to spend even more if I ever get the job offer I'm after - I haven't NOT got it, just a very slow process. |

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | I totally agree, Bobbo. As much as we like to snag a good deal on a used model from time to time, our greatest support comes from buying new. I'm doing my part with four factory customs received during the past three years (excluding the OFC and Koala), and one more now in the pipeline. If you don't see something that suits your fancy from the catalog, Al knows people and might be able to get it done for you in any event. |

Location: Right now? | I've only bought one new guitar from Al, and he gave me a good deal. He "done me good" ... he knows which one I want next ... I am auctioning off my kids and animals ... and will surely buy from him again.
