I called and he has an OFC member in OK that contacted him first. He wanted to sell to me (locally), but I told him I didn't want to back door a fellow member.
He doesn't want to ship the git. I told him that if the buyer is alright with shipping then sell it to him.
We'll see...
OK, who is on the hunt in OK? |

It was xnoel. The seller just called back and said noel had no issues with me getting the git.
Thanx noel! I just wanted to be up front and avoid any conflicts. |

I'll check it out tomorrow. I'm hoping it's as good as the description I got. |

Location: Florida Central Gulf Coast | First of all, a huge thanx to darkbarguitar and xnoel! We now have another 1758 Elite, S/N 409716, within the OFC family.
Question, is there a dash number for 'aged ivory'? This puppy is an ever so soft 'mellow yellow'. I couldn't capture the color this evening. So I'll try again later. Ergo, no pics tonight. |

I sure hope I can capture the color of this one fer ya'll. Just think of classic aged bindings after a generation or four... or antique ivory.
There is a small ding on the apex of the HS and an almost imperceivable scuff on the back of the neck behind the first fret. Also, it's evident the owner loved cowboy chords. Not an immediate issue, but noticeable.
Hope to do the 'IT'© within a day or two and get some truely representative pics.
dbg Bob, ya bet ya! |

exposed to smoke... Mike,
Kinda guessed that. If that's the case, it should be a fantastic -7 nutmeg in the future... |
