GC neck profiles

1617 Posted 2009-11-25 10:26 PM (#389226) Subject: GC neck profiles Joined: February 2009 Posts: 194 Location: Huntington Beach Anyone know if the neck profiles on the 1980s 1627 is the same as the ones with the truss rod cover. I have played a '77 that was identical to my '78 1617 and would like to purchase a 1627 and I like the feel of the older neck. Thanks. moody, p.i.
