Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | It is a difficult to construct, impossible to obtain, prohibitively expensive, featureless and arguably ugly guitar made entirely of carbon fiber that sounds incredible, and for which a few of us remain standing in line ready to slap down deposits on if the custom production light ever turns green. A few of us had the opportunity to play No.s 8 and 10 at Amelia last month and it just confirmed our previous opinions of this distinctive model. |

Location: USA | If its the Q im thinking of...it never made it to production...I was able to see and hold the prototype and had my name in for one. It would have been an amazing model. |

Location: 6 String Ranch | there are a few out there but not many. I think DJ got one and I've got two and there must be another 2-3 or maybe even 4. |

Location: Wooster, Ohio | Unfortunately for Ovation CA took the idea and made it a commercial reality though it almost bankrupted them. Their new models are the current state of the art in carbon. Probably not as good as Q but you can buy one which is an important factor.
