| Here's a tune I've wanted to learn since, oh, about 1973. Dark bar and I got together recently, and after I showed him some blues slide in open G he says to me, "when you play that live, before you go back to standard tuning you can play this..." and goes on to show me the chords for Little Martha by The Allman Brothers. The original was done in open E, but it works just as well in open G - except for a couple of notes the fingering is identical by shifting everything up one string.
Anyway, here\'s my interpretation of the song , recorded with my Adamas 2008 Collector. |

| Thank you kindly, all. That 08C is a superb guitar, and I (humbly) thought it really shines on that recording. |

I've been back in electric mode lately. Trying to finish up a 6 song demo before this weekend. It may end up being 4 songs if I don't get back to work here.
Great job man! |

| @Damon - cool, man. Best of luck with the demos, and thanks. High praise indeed from a player like you.
@AstroDan - I worked out the tabs as I went along and made them into a GuitarPro file. I can send that to you, or if you don't have that app I can send you a pdf with both the standard musical notation and the tabs. Just PM me you email addy. |
