Late 70s Balladeer maybe?
Any suggestion it should have gone in the dumpster will fall on deaf ears. I am on a perennial rescue mission for castoffs, misfits, and reprobates. |

Location: Caribou, ME | Nuthin' to it Arthur. The key is to not try to make it into something it's not. Original tuners would be nice but new Korean Klusons are cheap and plentiful if need be. A couple strips of binding, a saddle and nut. Walk in the park. I can live with the warts as long as it's high-functioning in the end.
This is a better example of what I'm usually faced with:

Location: Hot Springs, S.D. | My heart is smiling right now after seeing how you took a poor abused instrument that was BEYOND deaths door, and brought it back to life. No matter WHAT kind of instrument it is, NOTHING deserves to be treated the way that poor cello was. (Well, except maybe and Esteban.) |
