Location: Flahdaw | I am naturally hesitant to post this recording because it's kind of a wienie song and I'll catch hell for it, I'm sure, but I played it at a get together with some friends and one of them asked me if I would record it and send it to her, so I did. And since I did that, I figured why not post it on the OFC too? What the worst that could happen? HA!!
What's funny is that, just as I'm about done, my wife walks into the room and almost screwed the whole thing up (as wife's will often do), but fortunately she didn't barge in and scream "hey, whatcha doin? And the dog didn't bark either. The gods were with me. (Oh, I'm fighting a sinus infection, but the guitar playing turned out okay.)

You are one of my favorite OFC performers. Your talent and style is enviable. Thanx for sharing! |

This just kills the opportunity for
the Justin Bieber effect....
Actually, having the family (including dog) walk in
as you finish is kinda perfect. |

Thanks all. Yes, it is a wienie song, but it's not as bad as one of the others they wanted me to record. On that I had to hike up my big girl pants and just say NO! |

There is nothing wrong with taking a trip to weiner-ville as long as you balance it out.

The shirt is suspect. |

| It's the high neck and short sleeves sweetheart.
Last time I saw one of those was in Picture Post with Liberace relaxing poolside with "friends". They were sipping cocktails and reading Women's Wear Daily. |

Btw, props for at least WEARING a shirt. My god, that's a nice looking guitar (Taylor?) and the thought of smearing arm pit juice all over it just freaks me out.
Yeah, the song was a bit "weanie", but I assume you wrote it to get laid. I've stooped lower. You got anything else "up next ..." ??? |

* The shirt is a PGA Tour (although I better make sure it doesn't say LPGA Tour?)
* James Taylor wrote the song to get laid (she died)
* I'm surprised "Puff Daddy" made it out of the bar unscathed. |

Right on Schroeder... the collar is the give-away.

Nice job Bob. You've inspired me to get my a$$ going again, in spite of the shirt.

You'll need to get someone to put in the female harmonies at the next OFC gathering and also put in the guitar harmonies on the middle riff also -that will finish it of soooo nicely.
Thanks for sharing |
