How do you order a new rosette

It needs a rosette. I have no idea how it came off so completely. Maybe someone spilled a beer on it, see a previous discussion on removing rosettes. I see the part number is 8100010X ( Ovation Parts List ) but I cannot get any dealers to order Ovation parts for me. Any ideas? My 8 other Ovations are in top shape!
