| around here. I love the camera angles and what Jose does with the tuners. Also, making the guitar "a drum" is kind of cool:
YouTube -- Bing Crosby and Jose Feliciano, circa 1968
I will never, ever to play that fast (or that good) in my lifetime!

I was really impressed with his rendition of Malaguena. He is better with one hand and no vision than I am with both...

Jose F\'s Malaguena Yes, Vince, his playing is quite impressive.
Unfortunately, most people will only know him as the guy who did "Feliz Navidad".

It's quite a shame that this is the first time I've seen this other playing style. |

I believe it was when I was looking at a YouTube of the "Chico and the Man" theme song that I discovered his version of "Malalengua".
I've always known he was a talented player, but that version just blew me away.
IMHO, the "Chico and the Man" theme is one of the best TV theme songs I've ever heard.

Michelle Yes.
I also liked Welcome Back Kotter! [/QB] That is also one of my favorites. I think that era of TV had some awesome theme songs.

Location: Corpus Christi, TX | I attended one of his concerts back in the late 70's while I was in Australia. I remember being surprised by the variety of guitar playing he did. He was also funny, gave the audience the impression he was having a good time and he was very "entertaining". All in all an excellent show |

It would be nice if he showed up at the Woodstock Guitar Invitational in October, which is the weekend of the OFC gathering I'm planning!
