Probably not. We're not a big enough market compared to the magalopolises back east and in Southern California. |

If work hadn't given me an unchangeable training event that weekend I'd be there for sure. Maybe they'll make it out this way before long. |

Some wonderful guitars to be stroked and yearned for, at really tempting prices (I didn't take pictures, but our intrepid Phil Wong was there, camera in hand...)
Many people hoping for the chance to win a real Che Alpep shirt ;) --there were so many of us that the venue really wasn't big enough (a testimony to Al's popularity...)
A successful open mike--thought-provoking original songs, different styles...it will be interesting to see if anyone from last night wins the grand prize...
All in all, a good night...well worth the four hours spent behind the wheel.

Location: NJ | Wow what a good time.
Thanks to all that showed up.
Adam and Danny were great. they had a new video which has some of my pics and words in it. I have to be honest it is a little un nerving to hear your voice used as a voice over but I am proud to be a part of the project.
There were some interesting guitars at the show.
The 2 12 strings made it home with me One is a wood top Adamas cutaway with a plain headstock the other is a -8 blue 12 string Adamas I style that is wonderful. The wood top 12 was the star of the show. So many non believers played that guitar and were hooked. I literally had to pull it from one guy's hands at 1:30 am with the words
I have to go home and unload my truck.
The performances were great. I spent some time moving people along but all in all it was great and I am sure some of these performances will be in the top runners of the contest.
I asked witko to host some photos of the one off guitars. there were non with wide neck but they told me they are coming.
if you are interested in one of the 12 strings let me know
again thanks to all who attended to make this event great and to my friends at the Barrington Coffeehouse |
