Almost time to vote again! |

And while at work I'm running the clip over and over and over to try and give you more views. But others have been there longer so it's a long road. |

I'm not getting my hopes up, though. The guy in the lead has over 120. Hopefully with the repeat votes I can catch up. |

Is this based upon votes or comments? Got all the votes in I can thus far. I'd be glad to 'perfume up' the comments also!

Location: Miami | It's based upon votes. But since they don't show you how many votes have been gotten, I can only use the number of comments as an indicator of where I stand.
So while the comments and view refreshes are helpful, I'm afraid it comes down only to the number of votes. But the more views and comments there are, the more visible the video gets, increasing the chance of being voted on.
I really hate soliciting votes (I'd rather just play my guitar and be done with it), but for a free customized Adamas, I'd be a fool not to try!
If nothing else, as if I didn't appreciate the OFC family already, you guys have really given me the incentive to post more material (I've got a ton of covers, tutorials and originals), whether I win or not.
That being said, I sure as heck wouldn't mind being the one to have a customized Adamas in future videos, and my entry is slowly but surely climbing (fingers crossed)! |

My hat is off to you. I can do the Paul part (riff) and the John/George bit (chord shuffle) but no way I can throw in Ringo's bit as well.
Some of the lessons are funny, some well produced and some, you actually learn something! Your's does it all in spades. |

Yes, the Ringo bit is the trickiest. (They're sixteenth note triplets on the last 2 beats of the riff if that helps anyone. Just leave out the last 2 sixteenths). For those who can't just hear it and play it, a little drum theory and practice can help. I know it's a pain for those who just want to pick up their guitar and play, just like yesterday, and then get on their knees and pray.
Sorry. Got sucked into some Who lyrics.
Anyway, I know it's a pain for those who want to just play if the rhythm doesn't come naturally. But I've seen people that have trouble with rhythm go a long way with some simple counting techniques and a LOT of persistence. I did a quick google on 16th note triplets and found an excellent overview for anyone interested in this:
http://www.freedrumlessons.com/drum-lessons/sixteenth-note-triplets...
If you're willing to take the time (months, if necessary) to be able to count and then tap these different rhythms, believe me it will take your guitar playing to a whole new level. Playing the right rhythm is as important, and in many cases even more important, than playing the right chords.
Stick to it, or if not, just play it Ringo-less and enjoy it anyway! After all, 3 out of 4 Beatles ain't bad! |

(FYI, if you want to see the "most views" ranking, you only have to click on "most views" once, but if you want to see the "most comments" ranking, click "most comments" twice). |

But seriously, good luck to the OFCers. Voted again today. |
