| finishing touches on the gathering in Woodstock, NY.
I will need a head count of who is attending by probably Monday of next week. I am printing out jam books and need to know how many copies of the jam book to print out.
I also will need a head count because I need to know how much food to plan on having. I did find a place that serves really good pizza -- we could order from there for lunch or dinner.
I checked out the Woodstock Museum in Saugerties. Well, sort of. I had a helluva time finding it, and when I did find it -- it didn't look too impressive. Worst of all was trying to find my way back to Woodstock -- I found out that there are a few Blue Mountain Roads in the area, and kept going in the wrong direction until I asked a Verizon telephone man for directions!
For those of you who are new, we will be jamming from 11:00 to 5:00 p.m., then going over to the Woodstock Invitational Guitar show in Bearsville, NY. Hopefully I will be able to get the church hall for a few more hours so we can come back and jam!
10/24 -- this is still open for suggestions, as I don't think that the museum in Saugerties would work out. We could always go to the Museum in Bethel, about 1 1/2 hours away or just hang out in town and see what kind of trouble we can get into!
Anyone who is interested in attending, please PM me for directions. Thanks!

Unfortunately due to fire restrictions, I've had to cancel the Taylor burning bonfire! :D :)

| I'm just curious about what guitars people will be bringing.
I'll be bringing my 02 Collectors and The Patriot.
I will need someone to bring a music stand (currently my computer hutch doubles as a music stand. Pretty pathetic, I know).
If someone could bring a small acoustic amp, that would be nice. I don't get to hear my 02 Collectors amplified that often.
The weather is expected to be partly cloudy, but I wish a Storm would hit. ;)
It is also predicted that there will be a "Bad Moon Rising". :)
