Location: Texas | The Pacemakers (1115) are fabulous acoustic 12-stringers… loud and jangly with great booming sound, (you'll feel the rumble in your gut when you strum a chord.) I love mine.
It's impossible to pin-down prices, they can fluctuate wildly, but these days I would guess that you should be able to find one in decent condition for $500 or less with an OHSC… possibly much less if you are patient and/or lucky…
IMO, they are a terrific bargain at that price level… |

Location: Blue Ridge Mountains | That and the 1615 Pacemakers are the finest 12 fret 12 strings made IMHO...sure you can get fancier and more costly but for economy with fantastic sound, this is a great choice! I played my original 1615-4 nearly every night on tour from 1976 through 1988/9 when I switched to 1758 Elites...My current '81 1615-1 is mint and sounds incredible...it is sitting right next to me and remains one of my very favorite guitars... |

I'd suggest that you post WTBs in the OFC "For Sale" section for a 1115 and a lefty O, (include your budgets if possible…)
Also, there's some nice lefty O's listed at Southpaw Guitars. |
