Location: 6 String Ranch | Looking at the list I wonder how many learned House as their first "guitar" tune. I know of the 25 it's the first one I learned. |

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | A few of these have their roots in surf music. Gotta love it. I think I may have learned Apache or Misirlou first. The first version of the Ventures' Walk Don't Run came out in 1964, but I preferred the second version in 1965. I still have the original sheet music for it hanging in the band room. |

Location: Indiana | I learned how to play off of the "Learn to Play with the Ventures" albums. Vol 2 first then Vol 1. First song I learned was "Let's Go", I think. then "Pipeline" |
