I didn't know better and filed down the bottom of the saddle on my ovation cc-68 to adjust the action, & it apparently messed up the signal to the pickup... Where can I get a new saddle? Is this something I can install myself and adjust the height of the saddle by way of the pickup adjustments, in order to maintain the nice action that I have now?
Thanks...

Try your local Ovation dealer, as they are the front line in getting issues taken care of for the imports. Failing that, try contacting Customer Service in CT (their email addy is on the Ovation company website). Even though they don't service the imports, they might be able to sell you a replacement pickup/saddle assembly.

There should be up to 3 plastic shims in the saddle slot underneath the saddle. Taking one out lowers the string height by 1/32" at the 12th fret. Adding and removing these shims is the preferred way of adjusting string height on these guitars.
