In 2009 I bought a used Adamas from one of the OFC members and when I received the guitar it had a label on the case with the model number. Then early last year I traded guitars with another member and the guitar I received also had a label on the case. At the time I wondered why anyone would label their cases.
Today I bought a Brother Label Maker. It’s all so clear now. Silly me. ;)

Plus all the wall wart power supplies for different pedals or to charge different electronic devices. Not to mention all those USB cables with tiny connectors on the end, each one a bit different.

My name is Kentrookie and I label.
At some point all the black ovations cases look the same.
As I have personally made a commitment to each guitar to maintain a play rotation, labeling helps me stay on task
