Then again, with my eyesight... |

Location: Texas | I think that the Craigslist guitar was on ebay...both from CT
http://cgi.ebay.com/Ovation-Folklore-Country-Artist-2774-LX-Acousti...
A couple of things seemed strange to me. The first being that the bridge looks classical and the second, if you look at the label in the soundhole, I could swear it says FOLKORE
I asked the seller about this, but no reply. |

"Curiouser and Curiouser" cried Alice.
Maybe a 2774 and a 2773 are the same guitar with different bridges?  |

Location: Texas | I actually meant the 2773...the model # is right below that, but i cannot for the life of me make out the 4th #, at that resolution.
Regardless...excellent price to have no takers on ebay. |

Location: Germany, where delicious wine is growing (Rheinh) | The widest steel string guitars I know are the 1114 / 1614 Folklore, Nutwidth 1 7/8". All other widenecks have only 1 3/4" I think, also the 2009C.

It is hard to see, but I know that it Doesn't say Made in New Hartford, CT USA.
All Ovation bowls say that they are made in USA. Even Celebrity bowls.
The correct contour bowl label should look like this...
I also think that the Folkore sez "AX"... :( |

The sticker on the inside is what makes this a little odd...and the domino's continue to fall from there. |
