Location: The Great Pacific Northwest		So I was searching for Northwest Tonewood which is apparently just up the street from me and supply most of the wood for Breedlove, Gibson and I think Martin guitars and probably others. I don't know all the details as I haven't found them on the web yet... anywho... I ran across this diagram on the Breedlove site that shed some light onto the types of woods and why certain tops sound different from other tops.

Location: Flahdaw		It would be interesting to compare various laminates to their solid wood counterparts to see just how real the tonal "improvement" would be.
