Has anybody here ever had to do a neck reset on a K-bar equiped guitar? I was playing the 87C this morning and realized that I've never even ever had a to adjust the neck of a guitar with a K-bar. They are that solid.....

I used to have an early-90's 1869 Custom Legend that John and company had to do a neck reset on.

Adjusting the neck rod and resetting the neck are separate issues. I've seen a ton of K-bar guitars that left the factory with shallow neck sets (though they were all wood tops, I can't recall seeing a poor neck set on an Adamas)

My Legend Ltd is coming up on 30 years of age and in all those years, I've add to make only one adjustment in the neck (during one wickedly dry winter season).
