We will be visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Lorain Lighthouse for pictures.

Who is next in line???

This is the book that most recently came to me from Miguel and from Sycamore before him.
I can't seem to see where anybody has called dibs beyond Steve so whomever wants it after him let him know.

Steve,
I'm a Drill today so the book (with it's extra stuff folkes have added) will be headed out Monday during my lunch break.

Seesquare,
Same deal, your present goes out Monday afternoon too.

Thanks, Michael!
So, do we want to switch to this thread as the "official" venue for tracking & coordination of the TBET copy, or continue to use the original "I have a copy & agenda" thread?

If you want to consolidate threads, I now have "Book B" and it will be heading NE to ksdaddy next week… Carol is next after that, she'll need to PM her address to ksdaddy…

James,
This one is "Book A".
"Book B" is the one I sent to you and the one Standing has now.

Steve,
DO you want me to send this to James to have him get Walter to sign it 1st?
Or, do you want me to send it to you, then you send it to Steve when you are finished with it?

He's here in Tennessee, but it's up to you, you're next on the list so lemmee know....

OK, whatever works for everybody. I have no particular preference. I am enjoying the journey vicariously anyway. Like I pointed out in the original thread, Book A has been on the road right at 2 years, so far. Hot bananas & cool beans!

Question: Have one or both of the books been back to Mother? If not, perhaps I can arrange that and pick up my CL in June.

Don't know if it has or not.
That'd be neat for there to be a pic of it at the factory though.

Could I get placed on the list for the book. The super bowl is being played in Indy this year and of course can't afford to go, but the pre gave festival the entire week, might get some great photos of Pro football players.

Sorry been out of the loop.
Long story short, I just gout out of the hospital for kidney failure and they had to take out my gall bladder too, it was literally killing me.
If I had waited two more days to go to the doctor, I would have been on dialysis for the rest of my life.
If I would have stayed on schedule for the Afghanistan job, they said I'd have died on the plane ride.
Close calls but I'm recovering well now.

Anyway back to the book.
I do think the book was suppposed to go from James to nikon4004 then to Carol but I might have messed something up in translation.
At any rate, Carol and nikon please exchange pm's so nikon can get it next.
After nikon, it goes to ksdaddy.
Then from ksdaddy to kitmann.
Then kitmann to ................

Sorry for the mix up, I'm quite sure it was me who crossed signals :)

Yikes! Sounds like somebody was watching out for you, Michael!

ksdaddy had the book before me, so I'll send to nikon next week (he already sent the address).

The Book and I are having coffee and looking out across Buzzard's Bay. The 1881 came with us. We're hoping to take a trip on a friend's 30ft sailboat and play some sailing songs. Life is good.

I believe its the one that was on the European circuit, e.g., "TBET", which is otherwise "Book A" (I think).

I thought I had book B? I've very confused at this point. Add to that I *finally* started a new job a few short weeks back, and the confusion is total.

So, what next? Did you want your book back for a little while to check out all the stuff?

Best I can figure, Carol has Book B.
Book A is MIA, between James & Nikon.
So, Carol, the one you have did not originate with me, in 2009.
I believe kitmann wants to see a copy, though.

Miles, I brought one to the get together and we all signed it and then it went to Jim in Australia I believe, then it got passed around down under. Then I dunno where it ended up.

Keep on it lest history repeats itself.
Way back in the day, before most of the current crowd was here, we had two books making the rounds. After traveling many, many miles both were lost when they finally got in the hands of a procrastinator who to this day is saying...
"I really should get that book in the mail.
Ah, no biggie... I'll do it tommorrow."

The copy I have has signatures from down under, also Damon's, all from '08. It is also the copy Michael Winters had. It came to me from Scott (ksdaddy) up in Maine.

So it appears the "missing copy" has been quietly making the rounds as Book B.

So, to kitmann next?

…and I had it before Scott, it came to me from Michael (via James to get Walter's autograph) if you want to backtrack…

THIS THREAD was apparently the start of what has come to be called "Book B." It seems that Michael would know its previous history?

I really enjoyed reading all the comments and looking through the additional material as much as the book itself. It took quite a while to get to me, and I kept it a little longer than I intended, but I passed it on as soon as I could.

Regardless of the book's past itinerary, please keep the book(s) traveling folks…

Thanks!

Not that I am particularly invested in being the logistics wizard here, but I think kitmann wanted to see a copy.
So, James, I guess you could offer to forward Book A to Indiana for a perusal & photo-op.
