Ovation Elite 1868 preamp jack issue

Often I don't get any sound at all from it. I finally traced it to the jack on the preamp where the pickup is plugged into, it looks like there's a bad contact there. If I just plug it in, nothing. If I apply a little bit of pressure on it, then it works. The pickup jack seems fine, I checked it out, I think it's the female jack on the preamp. I think the preamp is an OP24+. How can I remove the preamp from the guitar to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
