If you are truly considering the purchase of a 12-String, that 1538 that is up for sale would be a MUCH better guitar than either of these by far...especially for the money. It would be the Holy Grail of wood-topped Ovation 12'ers. It would also hold it's value far longer than any of the non-USA made ones. I know... the CS245 goes for about 450, and the bottom line is how much you can afford though. |

Don't you play the 1658? it looks like a gorgeous guitar, I think if it were me I'd be playing that a lot instead of getting a celebrity....or is it for going out side gigging or something? |
