Does anybody have a 1587 (Adamas I with cutaway, double epaulet, Optima) in blue who is interested in exchanging it for a black. Mine is mint condition with nothing wrong. It would be nice to trade it for a blue simply because all my other ones are in blue. Silly, ha?!

I absolutely agree with you...it is silly. I work the opposite angle. I prefer my Ovations in a variety of shapes and colors. You should be happy to have the fine guitars you have. I checked them out in your photo album. If the black drives you crazy, you should see a doctor. If that doesn't help, I'm sure you will have no problem selling it for a fair price here on the board.

I am perfectly happy with the black one. I am just wondering maybe someone out there with a blue one may prefer a black one instead. There is no harm in asking, is there? Thank you for your kind words on my collection.
