If you are looking for an original shiny bowl JW, they are not that common. Keep your eye on ebay. If what you want is a wide neck, 12 fret slothead then check out the 1114 or 1614 Folklore models which come up very frequently. The FD14 is the modern day version of the JW and can also be found, but in very limited numbers. Dave

The 1114 or 1614 may be the way to go. It appears that the FD-14 may go for top dollar.
