3862 parts needed

Not only might it be hard to find one, but why would you want it unless you plan to restore the guitar to stock. Since you are likely getting the pickup with whatever preamp you get, the main issue will be retrofitting it to that body without cutting. There are a couple of sets of tuners on eBay right now, but I think you already saw those and bid.
