Come on Al - just because the old machine only goes to three digits left of the decimal shouldn't be a big problem. Geez, next thing we know you'll start raising your prices. Personally I think you should go back to a simpler life. Just take cash, trades and IOU's.

Michael suggested an abacus but I just can't do it.

found a new machine, I need to start checking for security codes etc especially on overseas deals.
I guess the old machine dosen't owe me a dime had it for 8 years

Al,
Put the abacus face down and you can use it as a mini dolly to move big boxes. :D :rolleyes: :eek:

Al;

Hint:
Check with some of the local florists in your area.
In a "Previous Life", my ex-wife and I owned/operated a retail flower shop. Wire services like FTD, Teleflora, and the like used to "require" constant upgrades on the credit card hardware. Not being "in the biz" for some time, I don't know what Verifone is "up" to NOW, but you you MAY find someone "locally" who's looking to "unload" some hardware . . . . just a thought.
