Hey Ya'll,
I am looking to buy or trade for a used Ovation 6774 Folklore/Country Artist. There are a few varities of this model. I would be most interested a deep bowl, but would certainly consider a mid depth.

I have a beautiful 1537-4 Elite I would be willing to trade. (Worry not, I have 2 beautiful 1537s so I'll be keeping one)

Thanks,
jw

I think the Country Artist is an Artist/mid bowl and the Folklore is a Deep bowl right? Check your mail.

Country Artist has always been a mid bowl. The original Folklore was a deep bowl. The one that Ovation started building in the 90's was a mid bowl.

Jeff

The 6774 Folklore is a steel string, the 6773 Country Artist is a nylon. I suspect they have different bracing. Otherwise (aesthetically) the guitars are indistiniguishable... at least the two I own, and they are both mid-size bowls.
