I noticed Dave has disappeared.

Standingovation; number of posts 5004.

Tupperware; number of posts 5004.

Is he off somewhere with Moody?

Has he changed his name and I missed it?

I hope he's on vacation. He deserves it. As a matter of fact, anyone who he's ever helped out should send in $5 to help pay for it.

We could pay for a night at a Motel 6 or something. :D

If he's come back under a new name, I haven't figured it out yet, but I'm not so clever with these things. Typically, I'd hire a P.I., but we're shy one of those too, so.... I dunno.

*edit* I had to re-spell "clever", I spelled it "CLEAVER". Nice. Point made.

He's spending some quality time with his family - the reason he couldn't attend Matt's chopshop in SoCal. If I hadn't met both him and Moody at the same time I'd suspect they were one and the same. BTW, where the hell IS Moody?

Survivalist training. Once both he and Moody hit the magic 10K mark, it was a signal that the end of the world was nigh. Last I heard he was stockpiling supplies, especially wood guitars that could be used for kindling if the need arises. I think Moody is on the case of the missing Glen Campbell; failing to realize it was a guitar not the man, he is singularly focused on rescuing poor Glen from his captors and gone into deep cover. It was reported he was last spotted in an Elvis disguise staking out pawn shops.

There's no telling when we'll hear from either one.

Up here most sports reports thought it was "Hockey as she should be played." But we're a funny country, it's about playing not winning per se.

Fantastic example of great hockey.
But when, after over 100 games you are 32 seconds away from the most coveted trophy in sports make no mistake, it's about winning.

Brad I was thinking about you last night while I was watching the game. It was the first time in a long time that I monopolized the TV. The last second goal reminded me about the Ranger-Devil series in 1994. I stayed up for the double over time but could not last any longer. I'm still rooting hard for the Wings to take the cup.

I think we need the Wabbit to do his IP address magic to find Dave/StandO/Tupp/Witko like he did with me. That way we can put this mystery to rest and have some closure.

No, definitely the most coveted. Of all the sports trophies I don't care about the Stanley Cup is the one I don't care about the least.

Will there ever be another incarnation of "Freddie & the ........"? We've already had fish and chips; if there were to be another tour it just won't be the same without him...and Moody...and anyone else who may go into witness protection.

The mystery of what happened to Dave grows.
This brings up a philosophical question.

If Dave takes a crap in the forest and no one is there to see/smell it, Did he really do it?

Answer- He will put it in a Tupperware container and bring to the next gathering to prove it. :p
