Location: Denton, Texas | I should be getting my "Bluebird" 12-string soon so I have lowered my asking price on my Hamer Newport 12-string to $1,300, free (USA) shipping. This is a Mint guitar, rarely played, no dings, no scratches, Birdseye Maple w/rosewood fretboard, and the Hamer case is perfect. Ser.# 151173 Made in Hartfort, CT See it in MEMBER ACCESS under the George album selection. |

I talked to George about this one several months ago but ended up getting a Deacon 12 string from Sam.
Beautiful guitar that sounds wonderful. Like they said, best 12 string currently made, hands down! |

I guess you're right, I DO owe you one for telling Tony how much you miss your Hamer Newport 12-string.
I'm seriously considering putting in an order with you for the 1687-8 Reissue but want to see how the OFC guitar will be configured first.
God Bless ya' my friend!

Course, based on looks, the Preacher is an ugly little thing next to the Newport.
Keep em both happy....hang the Newport on the wall and play the hell out of the Preacher ;) |

Friday I requested the Talented duo in customer Service to construct the electronics used in the Newport 12 and send it for my Deacon 12 string project.
Frankenguitar or Deacon 12 Re-issue. We'll see! |

I've seen that in the background of a couple of Geo's other pictures, and always wondered what that was . . . that's pretty cool.
Does that thing run Genigraphics?
As far as the guitar in the pic, the only word that comes to mind (to me) is "Jf*#@*gANGLE".
nice. |

Tony, what you need to do with this guitar now is toss those knobs and replace them with tele knobs. Then stick it in a south facing window to get a tan. I've done that to my Newport pro 6, after about 6 months it will look real nice. Enjoy it. |

Note the pattern that the strings are strung. The one I drooled over in a nearby Ted Brown was light, clean and called out to me.
And no, I did not play "Stairway" in the Music Store! |

First of all, George has my vote as the best packer - good thing because even the address label was ripped half way off!!
This is absolutely gorgeous...hand carved top, birds eye maple, sweet neck
driving me nuts as I have work I still have to do. |
