Location: SoCal | Tony's right (god, it kills me to admit that). This is a great guitar. If I wasn't shooting for an OFC guitar, I'd go for this (well, assuming I could get Serge to take payments over the next 2 years).
I didn't used to be a fan of the Adamas 6 strings. What turned me around was playing one of Tony's at the Matt Smith Clinic last year. Started to appreciate them. Then played the Adamas I at NAMM and now I'm hooked.
But again, I'm going for the big dog later this year. |

ps, BLP, I'll slip you 995 of the extra grand, Cliff needs the other 5 for a new sharpie...... |

Location: Texas | Some people have emailed me asking what is this about different signatures on the label?
Not true, just jiving by a few OFC "jokers".
The guitar has the intact label with just the original "CW Kaman II" signature, model 1687-8 and serial number.
All original and intact.
Adamas I is still available for sale.

Location: SoCal | My Adamas I 12 string has the same signature on the label, and I've never had a really strong urge to rip it out.
For those who don't know we're kidding, Charlie Kaman used to hand play and sign every Adamas. Bill took over (at least signing the labels -- if he didn't actually play and test my 12 then he missed a real treat! You do remember my guitar, don't you Bill?).
Serge's guitar is drop dead beautiful. Whoever buys it is going to be very very happy. |

Location: 6 String Ranch | Oh yeah! That guitar!, I remember it now. And yes Paul I remember your 12 string, did you ever get that little drool spot off the inside of the bowl by the bass side sound holes? |
