...roger witko. Target in sight, radar locked on. We have aquired a target lock and will track until we run out of fuel or get issued different orders from base.
Rebel,
Why did you take it so far and stop? These look great with abalone dots! |

Location: Toronto & New York | I started it last year, then my band got signed and I moved to NYC...so I kinda lost track of it. Plus, I have way too much on my plate right now.
I was originally going to re-paint the whole thing, black with some custom design on it and get some wicked humbuckers and so on, but I need the money now...life is hard on a newly signed band. |

Uh, I didn't want to brag, but I've cut a deal with Columbia Records and I'm pretty excited about it. Every month they send me new records and if I don't like them, I send them back and don't have to pay.
Oh, that's not the kind of deal you cut? |

Location: Midland, MI | I'd bid, but I see that fishgiven dude is winning. I refuse to go up against him...he's a maniac. Crazy man, I say. Always with the buying of project Ovations. ;)
(best of luck with the auction and congrats on the contract) |

Hey, I know that all of you are eyeballing that solid chrome Schaller Bridge and don't even care what you'll do with the body!
I am anxious to see how the Ebony Fretboard stands up against the Maple as well. I have bid $1000 so don't even bother watching or bidding! I am lying out my a$$ of course, but don't let that phase you a bit!
I am thinking about Pineapple Yellow with Koa pickguard and an abalone Palm Tree inlay on the peghead... |

Or is it Ku'al? All that matters is the last 5 minutes of the auction anyway. |

Location: SoCal | That guitar is gorgeous. The only interesting observation I can make about it is that the bridge was retrofitted to the guitar.
p.s. Did you notice that in the auction right before it there's a 97 collectors with a trans sexual preamp? Thought I'd point this out since Witko is traveling and hasn't seen it and I knew that he would mention it. |

Paul, I don't think it's a retro fit because the abalone inlay on the back is under the finish but the body must have been originally drilled to accept the first version bridge.
