Can anyone tell me which model this is? Could not find anything exactly like it on the Hamer site. The Echotone has four control knobs, but dot inlays.
What about the price? If it is an Echotone it would appear to be too much.
I would like to have a Hamer and that style, but don't want to over pay.

thanks Al,
I thought it was probably going to be an import. If I get a Hamer, I want it to be USA.

I wonder what percentage of guitars purchased in, say, Europe, are of US origin, as compared to those of, say, Pacific Rim origin.

In other words, are USian guitars perceived as superior by guitarists in other countries or is it a US-centric thing to prefer USian guitars?

Disclaimer: All of my guitars are USian.

Although not from Europe I think the general consensus abroad is the USA versions of all makes and models are considered superior or are at least preferred.
There might be a couple of exceptions to this such as the '80's Japan Fenders which were superior to the American offerings of the period.
