Location: Michigan | WOW is all I can say !!! William Shatner had a HUGE carrer in music and then I think he went onto having some small success with some Sci-Fi outer space series back in the 70s & 80s.

I always liked Shatner, and STILL say that the Star Trek TV show was better than the movies. |

The white mask worn by Michael Myers in the "Halloween" movies was of Shatner's face. |

Location: NJ | Some of the best "Shat" stuff is the audio "outakes" when he was recording the dialogue snippets for the StarTrek video/computer games.
Whenever an engineer/producer would offer a suggestion/critique, Shatner would just cut the guy off at the knees with verbal abuse . . .
The only person who was better at it was when a drunken Orson Welles would record voice-overs for commercials for BirdsEye frozen foods & Paul Masson wine.

Pompous Asses at their absolute Best. Did you ever hear Casey Kasem's rant that was recorded while he was off air? It's F--kin' classic!
Check it out. |

I might seek it out . . . |

Location: Yorkshire, England | I must admit, I am a bit of a Trekkie - I've got his book `Star Trek - Memories' and it is quite a good read, quite a bit of behind the scenes info - who he fell out with (or who fell out with him rather!) amoungst other things of course. Interesting stuff! |
