Location: Boise, Idaho		I'll bet Noah is right. He's a good sleuth. Long winters up there, so there'd be plenty of time to play all those Os. A bit north of where I grew up in Milwaukee. I think I emailed him once after he got one off ebay that I wanted, but never got a response.
