This is the complete pre-amp and pick-up from my '81 Custom Legend which I just got back from the factory (with an Op-Pro :D ).
It's works perfectly in both stereo and mono. All the parts are there: pre-amp box, battery holder, intact stacked knobs with retainer screws, battery holder screw, piezo pick-up, mono and stereo jacks, nuts and washers. Everything is all wired together for easy installation.
