Very nice.

Like I mentioned in another thread....drives me nuts the way these zero feedback bidders pop out of the woodwork to drive up prices on rare guitars.

I contacted the seller to go look at it (not far from me). No response yet. The price is driven up because it's a wide neck and it's a very early one. I've played one other A-1 wideneck and I didn't particularly like it. It seemed REALLY wide and REALLY thick. Not sure Barry Bonds himself could swing that bat. But I imagine if you took a rasp to it for awhile you could get it down to a decent size. Dave

I saw that last night, but Moody had already bid on it, so I knew I had no chance. Actually, it was only at a couple hundred then.

I normally make it a policy of not bidding against other OFC'ers, but when Tony got outbid, I jumped into the action...didn't last long before I was out of it too.

Imagine my surprise this morning to find out it had been pulled...too bad, it was fine looking.

Lesson be learned. If you ever list something on Ebay, don't show it to your friends at your house and let them bid on it. Ebay logs IP adresses and busts people for schilling. If you ever suspect it, report it. Also we use this site to check out sellers and bidders.

Using the tool Fred shared with us to identify common bidders I am sure my auctions will look suspect since I have had OFCer's dancing under the reserve on a few items.

It is difficult to absolutely know who is schill and who isn't.

and Moody is the only bidder who didn't have zero feedback. This is weird.

I need some helps. Please watch at/out two bidders, 0 feedback score. They placed the bids in 8-9 seconds. I wonder if they intend to buy this item.??

They may be the reason the listing was pulled from ebay the first time. Be careful. You may want to contact the seller and ebay.

I'm just tossing some money at this one. I fully expect the auction to get pulled again due to the zero feedback bidders jacking up the price.

That is a real nice Guitar...would be very much like playing a 12 string with the ocatve strings removed! Sure wish this was in the old Beige/Blue #7 but I could get used to this color hanging on the wall in a hurry I think.
